Rapid Prototyping Enclosures
Electronic Device Housing Iterations
A hardware startup needed multiple iterations of their IoT sensor enclosure for design validation and investor demos. Time-to-market was critical for their funding round.
We produced 12 design iterations over 3 weeks, each incorporating feedback from their engineering and design teams. Materials ranged from standard PLA for early concepts to ASA for weather-resistant functional prototypes.
The rapid iteration cycle helped them secure Series A funding by demonstrating a polished, production-ready product. Final design achieved IP65 rating after optimization of seal geometry and wall thickness.
