Audi RS6 Appendage
Custom Aerodynamic Component from Fender Scan
A private client required a custom aerodynamic component for their Audi RS6, precisely matched to the original fender geometry. Traditional fabrication methods would compromise the tight tolerances needed for seamless integration.
Using 3D scanning of the original fender, we captured the complex curved geometry and created optimized CAD models for printing. The component was produced in carbon fiber reinforced PETG, offering both aesthetic appeal and mechanical durability.
The final component features tight tolerances and superior surface finish, resistant to mechanical stress and weather conditions. Perfect coupling with the fender curvature guarantees both sporty aesthetics and aerodynamic functionality at high speeds.
