Industrial Jigs & Fixtures
Custom Manufacturing Tools for Assembly Lines
An automotive parts manufacturer required custom assembly fixtures for their new production line. Traditional machining would have taken 6 weeks and cost significantly more.
Our FDM printing solution delivered 45 unique fixture designs in carbon-fiber reinforced nylon. Each fixture was optimized for ergonomic handling and precise part positioning. The modular design allowed rapid iteration based on operator feedback.
The printed fixtures reduced assembly time by 35% and virtually eliminated positioning errors. The client has since adopted 3D printing as their standard approach for all new tooling requirements.
